Where We Ship
FTS EDC is pleased to provide domestic, Canada and EU shipping options. International shipping is expensive, and I do not provide it through the website. However, if you live outside the listed shipping areas and would like to order, reach out, I will help you out.
FTS EDC offers shipping to all USA states, territories, and even APO/FPO addresses.
Processing
Unless otherwise stated, please allow 5 to 10 business days for me to process your order. Orders received before 12PM MST are usually shipped the next day. I make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but this is a one man show, sometimes things come up.
Shipping Rates & Timing
FTS EDC offers a flat rate shipping fee of $4.50 per order. An estimate of the time it takes to deliver your order will be provided on our website. Please remember that the time it takes to process your order is a separate estimate from the time it takes to ship and deliver your order.
Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking info so you can check in on the delivery of your order. If you don’t receive this email in a timely fashion, please reach out to us at [email protected].
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
FTS EDC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged orders. Once in the care of USPS it is out of my hands.
Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds and returns not available once package has left my hands, and tracking # has been issued.
By purchasing these products, you agree to not hold FTSEDC liable for anything.
